"Kayla at Matt Smith State Farm gets 5 stars for excellent customer service. She quickly generated a quote estimate with zero pressure. The other companies I called used high-pressure tactics and endless questions (asking my SS#? Why???). It sounded like they were reading off a script from a famous sales book. We are not idiots. We all recognize those pushy "closing" catchphrases. When I called back to receive my personalized official quote, I was pleasantly surprised that it was the best rate I'd had in a long time. Kayla immediately emailed the docs, and I e-signed them. Easy peasy! A daunting task was made so simple by good old-fashioned quality customer service. Isn't that what we all want?"
